8:30 AM/2:00 PM – Pick up from your hotel in Danang. Begin your journey at the Da Nang Museum and the remains of the city’s old citadel, where the city’s remarkable transformation from a small coastal settlement into one of Vietnam’s most dynamic cities comes to life.
From there, leave the main streets behind and step into a hidden world of railway alleys, where generations of families have built their lives alongside the tracks and daily life unfolds at a pace unchanged by tourism.
Continue to the city’s largest fishing harbour, where colourful boats, busy markets and the rhythm of the working waterfront offer a glimpse into the traditions that continue to shape local life today. After a relaxing coffee break overlooking the port, the journey takes a different turn as you follow quiet backroads up Son Tra Peninsula. Here, sweeping views stretch from the coastline and fishing villages below to the mountains beyond, revealing a perspective of Da Nang that few travellers experience.
