Tour Quang Tri was founded by Cuong , two travel professionals who share a passion for creating meaningful experiences that benefit both travelers and local communities.

Thao has worked in Vietnam’s tourism industry since the early 2000s. With more than 20 years of experience as a product manager and tour operator, she has traveled extensively throughout Vietnam to inspect destinations, develop unique itineraries, and build strong relationships with local communities. Her deep destination knowledge ensures every journey is authentic, well-crafted, and memorable.

Huy has always believed that the best journeys are built around people. Combining his passion for travel with a background in building high-performing teams and technology-driven travel experiences, he brings a fresh perspective to modern tourism. Having explored nearly 30 countries, he has come to appreciate even more that Vietnam offers countless extraordinary stories, traditions, and hidden places that many visitors never get to experience.

Together, Thao and Huy created Go Local Vietnam with one simple mission: to help travelers experience the real Vietnam. Every tour is designed to create unforgettable “wow” moments through genuine local connections, hands-on experiences, and responsible travel that leaves a positive impact on the people and places we visit.
